Welcome to the home of South Medford Mat Club and Youth Wrestling.
The Rogue Valley has a strong tradition in producing top level wrestlers, and we are doing our best to enhance and perpetuate that tradition. Our wrestling room is always open to all wrestlers with a current USA Wrestling card and we encourage other programs to have an open door policy for all wrestlers. Although this site is set up to share the accomplishments of the South Medford Mat Club, additional resources may come in handy for other wrestling enthusiasts.
